Currently Adopted Building Codes
The Building Department Enforces the following codes:

The 2009 New Mexico Building Code shall be effective July 1, 2011, however upon
request of the applicant, applications submitted on or before December 31st, 2011 may
be issued in compliance with the prior 2006 New Mexico Building Codes.

9.) Uniform Plumbing Code as amended and referred to as the:
     New Mexico Plumbing Code
