Residential or commercial projects requiring meter installs only, require an Agreement for Metered Services (AMS) form.
Projects requiring a main extension, fire service or fire hydrant do not fall into this catagory.
Projects requiring a main extension, fire service or fire hydrant require an Agreement to Construct and Dedicate Public Improvements (ACD) form.
