The class is designed to meet the needs of students new to the sport of triathlon, as well as challenging and inspiring more experienced and seasoned triathletes. Students will work at and improve on swim, bike and run techniques required to succeed in triathlon. Subjects covered in the class include transitions, nutrition, strength training, injury prevention, equipment maintenance and race day strategy.
The class will meet on Sunday mornings from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., beginning June 17 through July 15. Class fee is $80.00. Register at the GCCC front desk. Bring gear for all three sports to each class.
